“ And aren’t we all waiting to travel once again to the distant lands and gorgeous cities, sun kissed beaches and snow capped mountains, tropical forests and lush green valleys?”

The travelers are waiting to to travel but they will be definitely steering away from the crowded places and popular tourist cities. I think they will look for something more special and different not frequented by everyone.

Travelers in the new normal would be aiming at off-the-beaten-path or lesser known destinations.

In the new normal will you stop traveling?

The possible answer is, no. Your initial travels will not be similar to the past ones and definitely not the with same enthusiasm. This time enthusiasm will be accompanied by precautions and safety.

Slower pace of things will not slow down traveling but will give way to a traveler who would be exploring the places closer to him, eating at the local eateries, doing weekend gateways and staycations around him.

“ New normal traveler would be more closer to home than ever before, perhaps this will be the new reality.”

When we resume traveling post covid, it will not be the same again. As a traveler, we would want to feel safe while getting on to the flights and entering the destination country. It will be a mix of skepticism, anxiety and fear that all of us will have to go through.

But, let that not deter the traveler that is with in us, for there is so much more to discover and see.

“ Is traveling going to be the same in the new normal, the way it used to be previously or will it also undergo transformation and adapt to the newness? Even when everything around will change, the essence of traveling would still remain the same. It might be a bit affected by things around but traveling will never lose its charm.”

“ Cities are not only about sightseeing, landscapes and historical sites, it is the people residing in there that makes them even more special. Their lives add the color and flavor to make the city more beautiful and vibrant. And traveling is all about we, the people who makes every place happening and interesting.”

Traveling is not only about experiencing and exploring places it is also about people and their lives. It is about being more humane towards each other, more supportive and empathetic and simply being more human…

That’s all we need to be, just a bit more human and humane irrespective of our race, religion and color and bring the change.

In solidarity…

“When the doors open again, wings will spread to explore the unlimited skies once again.”

This is what traveling is all about- experiencing and exploring, sharing and caring, adjusting and accommodating, seeing and doing and everything else…
